Christmas 2000

This is my first Christmas in my new house.  I am still trying to unpack, but I stopped long enough to decorate and enjoy the holiday.  

Many decorations did not make it out of storage this year.  There were about 15,000 lights left.  I was unable to put up very many outside lights due to the lack of outside electrical outlets.  I am hoping to have that resolved by next year.  

Strands of garland had to be resized.  The lights had to be removed and then the garland cut or lenghtened.  Then the lights put back in.  So, by the time it came to putting out all the ornaments, I was too tired and out of time.

Next year, I hope to have all my decoration out and a festive display.
